Today we talked to Jody Cameron, Assistant Coach for the Tall Ferns (New Zealand’s elite female Basketball team) and Women’s Development Officer at North Harbour Basketball. She talked about her journey from elite athlete herself to coach, the impacts of COVID-19 and the welcome investment by the government in the women’s league, along with her vision for what resources, investment and support is still needed to support women and girls through Basketball in Aotearoa New Zealand.
